RumorsX allows for a certain degree of content flexibility, however, the following are the guidelines that define what is considered unacceptable. It is imperative that users understand the underlying principles that govern the guidelines, and any attempt to circumvent these principles will be futile.
Content is prohibited. Content is deemed prohibited and strictly disallowed if it falls under any of the following categories: illegal, pornographic in nature, encourages or incites violence or harm towards individuals or property, threatens, harasses, bullies or encourages others to do so, includes personal and confidential information, impersonates someone in a misleading or deceptive manner, or constitutes spam.
Prohibited behavior. In addition to the proscription against submitting unwelcome content, RumorsX strictly prohibits the following behaviors:
Engaging in any of the aforementioned activities constitutes a violation of the terms of use and may result in the removal of content, suspension of access, or other disciplinary measures.
Not Safe For Work content. "Not Safe For Work" content refers to any content that contains nudity, pornography, or profanity which a reasonable person would not want to access or view in a public or formal setting such as a workplace. Such content is strictly prohibited on RumorsX and may result in the removal of the content, suspension of access, or other disciplinary measures. Users are responsible for ensuring that their content does not violate this policy, and any violations will be dealt with in accordance with the terms of use and privacy policy of RumorsX.
Enforcement. The rules outlined here can be enforced by removing your content and/or blocking your access to RumorsX. Please refer to Privacy Policy for details on how we deal with disclosing log data in cases that require it from the legal and safety standpoint.
