Separattion agreement

It is finally here. Despite I am very glad to have chosen to leave and decline the offer letter, reading the document they sent us is disturbing. I personally experienced racial discrimination. I also observed favoritism at VMware by many managers throughout the year. Many of us spoke up with no outcome. It is absurd that I need to sign this to get my severance. But hey, why should I care? The company will pay the price for the decisions they make. All the sexist, racist managers who continued their jobs with Broadcom are already exposed, and Broadcom supports them. Quote: following the Separation Date, Employee has not made, and agrees not to make, directly or indirectly, any statements, orally or in writing, to any person, the public, the press or the media that would portray any Releasee in an adverse light or cause injury to any Releasee.
