The message of support from VMware executives felt one-sided. It appeared as though the leadership supports one side while dismissing the other. Could this potentially impact Broadcom's decisions, leading to a focus on one side in hiring and the dismissal of the other? I know a lot of people from both sides working at VMware, mostly civil, especially in the US, and I understand that mainstream media and politicians can be toxic. However, the impact appears to extend beyond the current situation. Due to the emotionally charged atmosphere, certain individuals from one side have chosen to limit communication with the other side to prevent potential misunderstandings and disruptions.

Definitely single-sided and frankly racist. Regardless of anybody's opinion, civilians are being ki-led from both sides. No good for anyone. A lot have family on both sides of the conflicts. Ragu and others should not be single-sided. That was unprofessional, and... yeah, cannot talk more. many of the VPs are one side or the other.

I'd guess Broadcom would have fired him since they know better than to mix business with similar affairs. The email was unprofessional and tone deaf to say the least

Ironic the people who are upset here talking about civilians on both sides are probably the same people who proudly said they stood with Ukraine. Stop being a puppet of the media. What happened in Israel was an act of terrorism. Women ra--d tortured and ki-led. Raghu’s email was appropriate…. This is not a we stand with both sides situation. You either agree with Israel’s response or you support and agree with terrorism.

It's Islamic Terrorism. That's not racist, it's a clear and accurate definition for what we've all witnessed. Call it what it is. Stop defending Islamic Terrorism. Institutionalized Islamic Terrorism.

I'd never heard of Raghu until I was hired about two yrs ago. I heard him speak the first time and haven't read an email of his since. He has to be the most Beta CEO ever. I am sure he is a nice guy, but Dell definitely wanted someone that wasn't gonna get in the way of selling the company once it was spun off. Dell playing chess while most are playing checkers.

Magoo wont write these communications he has a whole team and VP to who oversee all that, so yes it should have been more neutral in tone and reflecting suffering on both sides.

Violent terrorism is not the answer to anything, but Israel not innocent in this and what has happened over the years with displacement and land grabbing. How do you solve it? Very difficult and complex. Flattening Gaza will just create millions of refugees and a huge human catastrophe.
